This year Mental Health Australia is encouraging individuals to make a promise to themselves to improve their own mental health, no matter what your situation is!
We all know a few of the many ways to improve mental health. These include
Taking time out to do something for yourself.
Moving your body, doing something physical.
Talking to a trusted friend when we are feeling under pressure.
Practicing a little bit of mindfulness each day.
So, go ahead and take the time to do something for your own mental health!
