We’ve been running retreats in Bali for ten years now, and have selected the very best experiences for you to enjoy.

This is an all-inclusive experience of nurturing and
relaxation, whilst learning essential restorative techniques to equip you moving forward
in your daily life. We’ll take care of your accommodation, all meals, spa treatment and
daily activities. All you have to decide is how you use your down-time… snooze in the room, chill in
the gorgeous lounge area or explore some of the delights of Bali.

The retreat will include:

• Pickup from the airport when you arrive in Bali. Your driver holds up a sign with your name on it and you drive by private car to the retreat centre.
• Six nights accommodation at Bagus Jati
• All meals. Healthy and often organic. All food for the entire retreat is included. Breakfast is buffet with an omelette chef, while lunch is two courses, with dinner being three courses. The portion sizes never leave you hungry and the flavours are delicious. If you have any allergies or food preferences the kitchen is used to catering for a variety of needs.
• Daily mindfulness practice to cultivate awareness, come into presence, improve energy and
  reduce rumination and stress.
• Daily Pilates movement classes to optimise and experience the benefits of movement in
  relieving stress and tension.
• Activities: Ubud Rice Paddy Walk Tour, Special Lunch amongst the Rice Paddies in Ubud and a Traditional Balinese Village Tour.
• One Hour Balinese or Javanese Massage at the onsite spa.
• One Month Access to our Pilates APP. Mindfulness and Pilates exercises are pre-recorded for you to practise prior to the retreat.
• Daily down time to access all the gourmet and interesting activities that Bali has to
  offer!
• Scenic Helicopter Tour on the way to the airport after the retreat.

Retreat Fees are all inclusive, meaning from the moment we pick you up from the airport to when you we drop you off, all fees are included. No hidden fees or fine print. You’ll only have to bring spending money for the markets in Ubud should you wish to buy anything.
