It’s a new month and a we’ve got a new challenge – Squat September!!
Thats right.
This is a movement that is performed multiple times every day without a second thought, and it is vital that you know how to do it properly – then commit it to memory.
If you are getting out of a car, off a chair, out of bed, or even off the toilet, the squat is the movement that will get you standing upright.
Preserve your joints. Learn to squat the right way.
So….
The aim this month, is that every single client under our tutelage will be able to squat with:
Neutral Feet
Correct Leg Alignment
Ability to Hip Bend vs Back Bend
Use the CORRECT muscle’s vs ‘whatever switches on’
