 In today’s video we answer a client question from Karen.

When the average person does computer work, especially for a long period, it is common to experience pain in the middle of the back. When it presents, you feel the need to ‘stretch it out’ to give yourself relief. Luckily this video shows why that isn’t very helpful, and gives you some pointers on how to strengthen your posture to prevent this pain in the future.
