Take the time to look after YOU.

Its December, often the busiest time of the year! What seems to go out the window when things get hectic? Looking after our own health!

That’s why its easier to break it all down into 3 easy chunks… the key is to remember them every day!

Eat fresh whole foods. 

Take the time to prepare your own fresh food to fuel your day! Getting all of the right nutrients will mean you’ll be your best to face the busiest of days.

move your body in some way every day.

Make sure you have a BIT of time in your day to move your body. It’ll get the heart pumping, and your muscles moving. Physical activity will actually give you ENERGY to face the other tasks of the day.

Be creative with your time and you may be surprised where you can find a half hour to go for a walk or play with the kids.

Don’t let time restraints stop you from making your Pilates sessions over the busy period, when you need it most!

Get enough sleep

 The quickest way to let your body become run down is to reduce the number of hours of sleep! Aim for those crucial 7 to 8 hours.

Repeat. Every Day.
