Example Day

Are we going to be busy and scheduled the whole day? No, of course not!  There is plenty of time to read, relax and of course enjoy some spa treatments throughout the week. All activities are optional, so you can do as much or as little as you please. If you want to sleep in one morning instead of attending Pilates or Mindfulness DO IT! The choice is yours. Below is an example day of how the retreat flows.

1st August 2017 – Arrival Day – Day 1

5pm: Introduction at the Pilates Pavilion and Welcome Ceremony

7pm: 3 Course Dinner      


2nd August 2017 – Day 2

7:30am: Meditation – Mindfulness

8am: Breakfast

10am: Pilates and Stretching

12pm: Lunch

1pm: Time to relax / Spa Treatments

6:30pm: Dinner

As you can see there are hours speckled through the day for you to choose your own activities. The Pilates and Mindfulness sessions will vary throughout the retreat, with fatigue and general ability of the participants taken into consideration. The Pilates sessions are tailored to each person’s strength, stability and flexibility requirements, so everyone feels they are capable of performing the movements correctly. All under the watchful eyes of a Pilates Movement Therapists.
