Our vibe is rest and renewal – so there will be a daily balance of mindful and
movement activities (Pilates) to tip the nervous system into your desired state of bliss. Visiting the Spa is normally a daily appointment for complete relaxed harmony. We’ve also saved time each day for you to use as you
choose.
All activities are optional, so you can do as much or as little as you please. If you want to sleep in one morning instead of attending Pilates or Mindfulness DO IT! The choice is yours. Below is an example day of how the week long retreat flows.
